For bookings under £50 the items can be collected and returned free of charge from OX11 0PE
For bookings over £50, we offer a free delivery and collection service to the following postcodes: OX10, OX11, OX12, OX14, RG20, RG8, RG18, RG14, RG30 and RG31.
A mileage charge of 45p per mile is charged per round trip for orders OVER £50 and not within the above postcodes.
We are happy to provide quotes for the whole of the South East of England, including London, please get in touch for a quote.

A question I get asked a lot , so here is the answer, we have three different sized vintage plates to hire here at Timeless Tea Party Hire:
Side Plates – Measure approx. between 16cm – 18cm diameter, they from part of our vintage trios and are prefect to enjoy a few sandwiches or cakes on as part of an afternoon tea.
Entree/Salad/Buffet Plates– Measure approx. between 20cm – 23cm diameter and are perfect for starters as part of a two course or three course meal or for a buffet, perfect for wedding buffets!
Dinner Plates – Measure approx. between 25cm – 29cm diameter, perfect for the main course as part of a two or three course meal.

We have an extensive collection of matching vintage trios, but what truly sets vintage crockery apart is its beautiful, mismatched style—this is what truly achieves the overall effect that most of our customers desire.
Due to the nature of the vintage items, there may be some signs of age on the items, and this is to be expected. All items will be in good condition with no chips.
Here at Timeless Tea Party Hire we understand that accidents happen and so we even send an extra of most things so that a breakage doesn’t ruin your event or table plan!
Damaged or missing items will be charged as follows:
Trio (cup, saucer or side plate) / side plates / dinner plates / cake plates and three-tiered cake stands (charged per plate/tier damaged)- £6
Teapot- £10
Milk jugs/ sugar bowls-£3
Cutlery- £1 per item
Vintage napkins- £1 per item
Great news! The washing up is including in the hire price due to the delicate nature of the vintage crockery requiring hand washing. All you need to do is scrape plates, empty sugar bowls and teapots before re-packing in the boxes provided. Please take extra care with the china, as they are all extremely delicate.
Your order will be freshly washed, dried, and packed into clean, disinfected washable containers, accompanied by clean tea towels to protect the items.
Yes! We offer a full set-up and pack down service for £20 per hour, get in touch with us to add this to your booking.
If timings for set-up and pack down are limited please let us know, we can bring more hands to get everything done in time.
We offer only the finest bone china, featuring gold gilt details and edges, along with carefully sourced silver-plated vintage cutlery. We are fully insured with a £5 million liability policy for both public and product liability. This means that if your venue requires suppliers to be insured, rest assured that we are fully compliant.
1.) The prices listed are for one full days hire which covers 3 days (day 1- delivery, day 2- your event, day 3- collection). If you require a longer hire period, please ask for a quote.
2.) All items remain the property of Timeless Tea party Hire Ltd at all times.
3.) Due to the nature of the vintage items, there may be some signs of age on the items, and this is to be expected. All items will be in good condition with no chips or cracks.
4.) We will always be able to offer matching trios, but due to the vintage nature of the china, we cannot guarantee large quantities (50+) of one style or one particular colour.
5.) For bookings under £50 the items can be collected and returned free of charge from OX11 0PE.

8.) To secure your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
9.) The balance of the invoice is due in full before or on delivery of your hire items. We accept bank transfer or cash (exact amount only please).
10.) Cancellation charges of 25% will apply by way of a non-refundable deposit.
11.) The latest date to reduce your order is 7 days prior to delivery.
12.) If you decide you would like additional items after booking, please let us know and we will try to accommodate where possible.
13.) All items hired remain the responsibility of the hirer, including if left at other premises, until return or collection. This includes loss or breakages.
14.) Damaged or missing items will be charged as follows: Trio (cup, saucer or side plate) / side plates / dinner plates / cake plates and three-tiered cake stands (charged per plate/tier damaged)- £6, Teapot £10, Milk jugs/ sugar bowls £3, cutlery £1 per item and napkins £1 per item.
15.) We accept no responsibility in the event of any injury or damages caused by the hire equipment.
16.) There will, under no circumstances, be any refunds.
17.) All of our items are beautiful and delicate and will need to be hand washed after use. Washing-up is FREE and included in the hire cost, but please scrape plates, empty sugar bowls and teapots before re-packing.
